I have developed a new service that provides market data feeds for DEXes: Trading Strategy. It mainly serves professional trades, offering both historical backtesting and real-time data for various DEXes across different blockchains. I have Sushi covered on Ethereum mainnet Sushi, Binance Smart Chain Sushi and Polygon Sushi.
All APIs are open and free. The website itself is open source.
